The Ceressian Republic was a micronation formed on November 5, 2012. Its Supreme Leader is Izos Adoneo. It is a Republic with 1 citizen. Ceres is currently in the process of developing its own system of Government, for everyday use and contact with other micronacionalists.

There are 41 World Union (WU) member states, and 27 of them are members of the World Union General Assembly.
When nation is requesting membership of the World Union, It has to ask it either from Prime Foreign Minister or Prime Minister of the world union and if nation is filling all the requrements of member, then World Union Top-members will vote of it. If majority votes for membership, then requesting member becomes an member, but if majority votes no, then requesting nation cant acces World Union until after 30 days.
Principle only autonomous nations can become members, it does not matter is the member sovereign or not, though.
WU also invites non-member nations aka observers (currently 12 Principality of Akharnes, Elefthfria, Republic of Highlandia, Mynem, Albina, Agrikesh, Dalton, Empire of Burnaby North, Empire of Yoonland, New Korea, Tibet-in-Exile and Torgan Protectorate States) into Union, observers have the right to partisipate the meetings.
World Union also invites organizations and other entities whose statehood or sovereignty are not precisely defined, to become observers at the General Assembly, allowing them to participate and speak, but not vote, in General Assembly meetings.

Top Members
Nations with Full Memberships have the right to vote for resolutions, stand election for all positions and have all the rights of a Observer Nation and a Provisional Nation.
These are the Top Members, wich are in leadership, they have all the rights of an fullmember and observers. All Top Nations can start elections, around their subject all the time. They are able to book events. And they have the most responsibilities.

Hasanistan (Hasanistan Cumhuriyeti) is a Turkish micronation founded on 7/9/2011 but officialy on 22/5/2012.

Provisional Members
Provisional members have the right to vote on all resolutions except for Grand Council votes. They may speak and sponsor resolutions. They are not permitted to stand for election of positions.

Observers
Observers are Member Nations without an Ambassador and Have decided to stay as Observers. Not official members are free to submit a petition to join as a full member at their discretion.
Observer nations may speak at meetings, vote on procedural and security resolutions, sponsor resolutions and create resolutions.
